Convert the milestone work into visibility.

Why: the GitHub mirror (github.com/helexa-ai/helexa) only pays off if there is an artifact with numbers in it. Adoption signal is part of what separates 7 from 8 for any external evaluator.

Deliverables:

  • tagged release (v*) once #22 + #23 have landed, with the benchmark table in the release notes
  • one writeup — "near-frontier AI on three consumer boxes: the numbers" — published where it can travel (r/LocalLLaMA, HN), linking the GitHub mirror
  • README headline numbers updated

Dependencies: #22 and #23 (numbers worth publishing); #24 and #25 strengthen it but do not block.
