cortex: opens 31313/tcp (API) and 31314/tcp (metrics)
neuron: opens 13131/tcp

Installs to /usr/lib/firewalld/services/ so firewall-cmd
--add-service=cortex / --add-service=helexa-neuron works
out of the box.
