Part of #71. Builds on the order state machine from #39.
The user names a source (an amount of a token in an account) and a destination (a token on a chain at an address). Rust plans the legs from #75–#77, quotes each, and returns one summary: legs, venues, fees, expected and worst-case output, deadlines. Confirm runs the legs in order, re-quoting a later leg against what the earlier one actually delivered and stopping (funds left in the intents account, said plainly) if a floor is breached. State persists per leg; a restart resumes.
