Scope

The exit extrinsic (Wormhole pallet, index 20) built from the proof and the chosen exit account, through the same review-and-sign path as a transfer, with the fee and the protocol's share shown before confirming. The claimed leaves are marked spent locally so a second attempt is refused before it reaches the chain.

Acceptance

The epic's definition of done, on Heisenberg and then mainnet.
