history: what happened to each account, readable offline #30

Scope

A per-account history screen fed by the indexer route (#23) and the local SQLite cache: transfers in and out, reversible schedule/cancel/execute, wormhole exits, with block, time, counterparty and a link to the explorer. Pagination by block; a manual refresh; an offline indicator when only cache is available.

Acceptance

Matches explorer.quantus.com for the same account; loads from cache with the relay unreachable.

#23 (history from the indexer), the app shell.
