`/v1/chains/{chain}/ref/series?counter=nep141:…` buckets the latest pool
swaps exactly as `/intents/series` buckets intents trades, through one shared
`price_series`, and `ref-dcl` draws it with the same plot and figures table
(`SeriesBody`, pulled out of `PriceChart`). It is a separate chart, never a
second line on the intents one: a pool swap is usually a solver restocking
after an intents fill, and one line over both would draw one demand twice.
`RefPool::counter_token` was documented as a contract but carries the
`nep141:` prefix; the doc now says so — the first cut of the chart prefixed
it again and drew nothing.
Tracking shard 8 (option B), the other half left open on #37, is item 5 of
#39 and waits for the new NEAR host.
