grenadeandClaude Opus 5.5 0b8fb054d2 fix(sponsor): a creation deposit that covers the account's storage ...

0.002 NEAR was below what a sponsored account needs: bbspike72.near
measures 182 bytes, and the longer b<…>.blackbeard-observer.near name
adds 28, about 0.0021 NEAR at 1e19 yoctoNEAR a byte. Creation would have
failed for lack of balance to cover state. The example now gives 0.0025.
