After the last deploy every pool listing came back FastNEAR 429 for
twenty minutes, and with nothing discovered nothing was read: the market
page had no ladder at all. The pools swaps have been recorded in certainly
hold the asset, so the loop now starts from those and reads them while
discovery retries; discovery still finds any pool nobody has swapped in.
