wrap.near (shard 13) had no node, and adding it to frankie's running neard stalled that node. A fresh instance syncs it instead: neard-s13 on frankie, RPC 24404 and P2P 24569, gargravarr's snapshot-free config with its own addresses and node key. s13.near.blackbeard.observer now proxies to it. It needs the hanzalova WAN to forward 24569 to frankie before state sync can finish; CLAUDE.md says so beside the node table.
